Learning Coach & LIVE Teacher
In TTM, students work with the Live Teachers in Guided Learning and the Problem Solving Process activities.
Learning Coach When students feel they need additional assistance from a live certified math teacher, they can utilize their Coach Help button. After receiving all of the support available from their Learning Coach (where available in the program) and all of the available Math Help prompts have been exhausted, TTM will prompt to connect with a Live Teacher. Once the student clicks on connect, they will begin their live 1-on-1 session. |

In these areas, our teachers interact through text (typing). If a TTM teacher sees that the student can benefit from extended interaction with visuals, they will then send the student to the Concept Zone where the student’s computer screen turns into a two-way interactive whiteboard. In the Concept Zone, a student can speak to our teachers by clicking on the talk button in the upper left hand of the Concept Zone screen. This would require the student to have a microphone in order to "chat" with our teachers. |

Teacher Demo. for students: 'We do ask that you kindly identify yourself as a teacher when connecting with our Live Teachers and that you let them know you are either practicing a lesson for demonstration with your class or conducting a whole group lesson for your students.'
How can I look at how many times a student has called into a teacher for help and how long they spent with them? 'This information can be viewed on the Overview Report by scrolling to the right and looking at Helps. Unfortunately, there is not available column regarding time spent with the Live Teachers.' |
